We ship out USPS or UPS within 3-5 business days from order being placed.
We are not responsible for delays from USPS or UPS and cannot issue a refund due to lost package or delays by any postage carrier.
USPS First Class usually takes 4-5 business days depending on your location for you to receive your package.
If you need your order by a certain date, please select an upgraded shipping option or feel free to email us at sales@shopgoldenlily.com to ask any questions you have about shipping. We do try our best to get all orders out within 1-2 business days but there are times that it does take longer. If you need your package for a certain date, please contact us to let us know and we will make sure to get it out to you.

Returns
*All returns must be received by our warehouse within 7 days from the day you receive them.
*Sale items and discounted items are final sale with no exception. If you used a discount code of any sort, this item is considered final sale.
*All items must be returned to us in their original packaging and unworn.
*Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
*We encourage you to use a trackable return shipping method to avoid items being lost in transit. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
